We at New Pastures Home Ltd take photographic and video recordings with permission of members of the public participating in workshop events. This data is used for publicity and marketing materials that are shared on our website and social media channels.
We at New Pastures Home Ltd process your personal information to meet our legal statutory and contractual obligations and to provide you with products and services. We will never collect any unnecessary personal data from you, other than what is specified in this notice.
All data is securely stored in electronic form. We will never share your data with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

NPH Community Choir (working name)
New Pastures Home Ltd will only collect data where lawful and where it is necessary for the legitimate purposes of NPH community choir (working name). This includes meeting as an informal group and through singing workshop events.
A member’s name, attendance records, contact details and membership information will be collected by New Pastures Home Ltd using a consent form. Contact details will not be used or stored for any other purpose by New Pastures Home Ltd.
How this data will be used:
To communicate with members about choir activities, including workshops, and performances.
For administrative purposes (e.g. attendance tracking).
To comply with legal obligations.
All data is securely stored in adherence with the security measures outlined in New Pastures Home Ltd privacy statement.

All of the songs NPH Community Choir (informal group) perform and rehearse are fully licensed in accordance with UK copyright law. We ensure that all necessary permissions are obtained for each piece of music, including performance rights and any associated mechanical licenses. This ensures that both members and arrangers/composers are protected and respected. Our members within NPH Community Choir take great care to adhere to all legal and ethical standards regarding music use.
