5. Protected – every reasonable step must be taken to ensure that personal data that’s inaccurate, having regard to the purposes for which they are processed, is erased or rectified without delay.

6. Kept in a form that permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary, and for the purposes for which the personal data is processed (personal).

Processing Personal Information

We at New Pastures Home Ltd process personal information to provide service and goods, including delivery. The following information is collected from our customers who provide consent:

  • Names and contact details (email addresses and/or telephone numbers). 

  • Addresses (where delivery of goods is required). 

We at New Pastures Home Ltd collect or use the following information for the operation of customer accounts, service updates, marketing purposes, and for dealing with queries:

 Data is collected via virtual receipts, email circular sign-ups and online store orders. Data is collected separately by New Pastures Home Ltd for sign-ups to the NPH community choir (working title) - this data is stored separately and not combined.

We at New Pastures Home Ltd take photographic and video recordings with permission of members of the public participating in workshop events. This data is used for publicity and marketing materials that are shared on our website and social media channels.

We at New Pastures Home Ltd process your personal information to meet our legal statutory and contractual obligations and to provide you with products and services. We will never collect any unnecessary personal data from you, other than what is specified in this notice.

All data is securely stored in electronic form. We will never share your data with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

Lawful bases and data protection rights

  • Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. 

 

Data Sharing

The information collected will only be what is necessary for the organisation. No information other than contact details shall be collected. The information will not be shared with any third parties without permission of the individual who has provided the information. 


Subject access requests

All rights of data subjects under the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will be respected. 

Individuals have the right to access the information held about them free of charge. We will respond to such requests as soon as possible and at the latest within one month of the request.

Security measures

Personal data will be held on a password protected computer, and on a secure email list that only owners & employees at New Pastures Home Ltd can access. 


NPH Community Choir (working name)

New Pastures Home Ltd will only collect data where lawful and where it is necessary for the legitimate purposes of NPH community choir (working name). This includes meeting as an informal group and through singing workshop events. 

A member’s name, attendance records, contact details and membership information will be collected by New Pastures Home Ltd using a consent form. Contact details will not be used or stored for any other purpose by New Pastures Home Ltd. 

How this data will be used:

  • To communicate with members about choir activities, including workshops, and performances. 

  • For administrative purposes (e.g. attendance tracking). 

  • To comply with legal obligations.

   All data is securely stored in adherence with the security measures outlined in New Pastures Home Ltd privacy statement. 

Your rights:

  • You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data.

All of the songs NPH Community Choir (informal group) perform and rehearse are fully licensed in accordance with UK copyright law. We ensure that all necessary permissions are obtained for each piece of music, including performance rights and any associated mechanical licenses. This ensures that both members and arrangers/composers are protected and respected. Our members within NPH Community Choir take great care to adhere to all legal and ethical standards regarding music use.
